Penguins at the Bank?!?

Sea World came to Family First Federal Credit Union to promote their new Sesame Street portion of their park in San Diego! They brought with them some really cute animals and we had a blast! Tyler and I went with Choka, Danny, Zayaa, and Aruinaa. I now want a baby and a pet penguin.

This is Pete the Penguin. He's a baby penguin and I love him.

Don't we look like a little family. This is what Tyler and I would look like with three kids.
I just hope that our kids are half as cute as these three!

Family Photo.

This is a sloth. Zayaa kept calling it a monkey even though the Sea World worker corrected her maybe 7 times. She finally gave up and started calling it a monkey as well.

I got to hold this cute little thing for awhile. She's so precious! Even Penny the Penguin thought so; he peeked over the glass to get a better look at her. It was pretty adorable.

This is Penny the Penguin.

A tiny little alligator!

The tortoise was hiding under the desk when it got really busy but then it quieted down and he emerged. Danny started following him. He'd blow on his face and yell hide!

My New Haircut

Here it is. This is what I look like now. Only, I think this is a really goofy picture of me. Oh well. I have bangs!

The Neiman Marcus of Sporting Goods Stores

A couple of weeks ago, when my Dad was in town, he took us to Cabela's or as he likes to call it, "the Neiman Marcus of sporting good stores." We had fun, ate lunch, and some good old fashioned family bonding time.

Eating lunch. I didn't get half the people in this picture, but we did all eat together; I promise. I had an ostrich sandwich. It was pretty good but I couldn't think about what I was eating or I'd get sick. I didn't finish it. I think everyone else just ate turkey or hamburger. I guess I was the only one feeling adventurous. I even wondered if maybe the ostrich meat came from Tehachapi.

Who would know that she had a baby a couple of days before this! Doesn't she look good?

I think this is just the most precious picture. They're stars, eh? Or at least seeing them!

Zayaa is such a ham, the cutest ham I've ever seen.

"Silly Papa!"

They have a shooting gallery?!

Danny liked it at first. He liked looking at all the animals. Then his Daddy started shooting and he didn't like it much.

Danny loved this rocking bear. We almost couldn't get him off of it! Isn't he just so cute?!

Zayaa was scared of it...

... but she was not scared of the bear skin rug. She wanted this rug.

He's giving the moose kisses.

The animal behind me is smelling my hair.

AHH! He's getting closer!

This was Danny's very favorite part. He LOVES fishies.

Zayaa, Kayla, and Bree in front of the fish tank. What beautiful girls!
